Located in Colchester, Essex the company was formed in 2006 by Laura Cardy. Laura’s passion for the recruitment industry spans over 20 years and she actively plays a ‘hands on role’ in the company handling a variety of permanent vacancies and temporary assignments.

Having previously successfully worked as a Manager with both international and independent recruitment agencies in London, Essex and Suffolk, setting up her own business was the obvious next step.

Laura has a natural ability to assess and match candidates’ skills and personality to the opportunities available is this important skill is carried through the team at Laura Cardy Recruitment.

Our aim is simple; to supply the right candidate to the right permanent role or temporary assignment. This is achieved by providing a professional, quality driven service within the timeframe given.
